| Labor and metal: | The exchange and metal rates are set once in a week based on the current average price in the market |
| Labor only: | Metal in advance - Applicable for orders of more than 50kg. for AG and for 1Kg of AU, the price will be fixed according to the daily metal rate on the next working day that we receive the payment. Any discrepancy will be settled in the Definitive Invoice. | All our chains are expressed in meters, please ask help to our Customer Service if you want to know the weight in inches | |

| Defective goods are accepted within three working days from the delivery, goods returned are not refundable and can be exchanged with other goods of the same items | |
