PRICES
Price list:	We do not issue Price Lists for imported products as, due to exchange and metal rates fluctuations, their prices change daily therefore, please, ask the latest price time to time product by product to our sales staff

Labor + metal price:	The exchange and metal rates are set on the first working day of the week based on the current average price in the market and they expire the following Friday 15:00 (HK time)
Distribution Price:	Applicable for quantities over 1,000gms/item, lower prices can be granted for volume orders of different items

Metal disclaimer:	1) We are manufacturers therefore our charges consists only on labor, we are not bullion dealers nor finance company therefore the metal is bought from the local Metal Bank at the daily London Fixing plus local bank commissions and sold at cost 2) For imported metals the rate may vary also due to the exchange rates

DISCOUNTS
Notes:	Discounts are applicable proportionately to the volume of each order item by item, size by size, on a time to time basis
	RETAIL PRICE: Discounts are not applicable for quantities of less than 500gms/item/size
	WHOLESALE PRICE: Reasonable discounts are applicable between 500gms and 1,000gms item/size
	DISTRIBUTION PRICE: Medium discounts are applicable after 1,000gms/item/size
	DISTRIBUTION PRICE: High discounts are applicable or large orders of at least a total of 25-25Kg or up/time
	DISTRIBUTION PRICE (PROGRAM) High "loyalty discounts" are applicable (according to a program) also for small quantities or a few piecese provide the client buys 100Kg or more in a year time, please ask sales for a purchasing program specifying the product and the average consumption per month or year and we will consider. The higher the volume, the higher the discount!
UPON ORDERING CHAINS
Semi-finished chains:	1) Our semi finished chains are sold 'white polished' or as they come out from our machines however, during the shipment, the moist contained in the box may slightly turn the surface a bit yellow in patches 2) Our standard packing is in bundle, for chains in a spool handling charges apply, please read here below "Spooling service"
Spooling service	Our chains are delivered, by standard, without spool with two rings one each extremity of the bundle therefore the labor price of chains is for non-spooled chains (or loose chain), for spooling service please add 7Euro/Kg (or any fractions of it)
Finished chains:	1) Finishing: All our finished chains are silver plated nickel free 2) Weight: The unit weight is in meters, please ask help to our Customer Service if you want to know the average weight in inches 3) Length: The length can be indicated by changing the placeholders '##' (e.g.. "IV-015F ##cm" in 18" will be: "IV-015F 46cm") 4) Purity: All our chains have the 925 stamp by standard as expressed within brackets in the code (e.g.:"IV-015F ##cm (925)") if you wish no title stamp please inform in written and get it confirmed by our sales staff by changing the code (e.g.:"IV-015F ##cm") 5) Stamps: Any additional stamp can be added such as "ITALY" or your "LOGO", please please inform in written and get it confirmed by our sales staff by changing the code (e.g.:"IV-015F ##cm (925) (ITALY)" or "IV-015F ##cm (925) (LOGO)" or "IV-015F ##cm (925) (ITALY) (LOGO)") 6) Location: All our stamps are placed on the chain cap 7) Tolerance: The length tolerance on small chains is 0.5cm/pc, for big chains the length tolerance may vary as the link cannot be cut in half
Chains with beads:	The distance of the beads in our PL has been set a s a standard of 1cm from each other however the sequence and the distance can be changed upon request
PLATING SERVICES
We provide the following plating services:	Rhodium: (RH) Silver: (AG) Gold flash: (AU) Gold micron: (AU # micron) Gold plating can be done either as ‘flash’ plating or a thicker ‘micron’ plating, it depends on the quality, ‘micron’ plating gives a thicker, long lasting, gold coating but is much more expensive than a simple ‘flash’ as it is thicker
Code:	Please add the required plating within brackets in the code (e.g.: "ILCNL/WL-02 (6x10) (AU 1 micron))"
Goods plated	Most products can be plated, just ask time to time
Prices	Plating prices change all the time according to the fluctuation of the precious metals, please ask for the latest price each order.
CUSTOMER CLAIMS POLICY
Order cancellation:	An order has to be honored in full and cannot be canceled once it is placed and confirmed
Order exchange:	1) Claims are accepted only for defective goods, state clearly the details of the problem and supply clear pictures or we will not be able to accept it 2) Customer claims are accepted only if reported within three working days from the receipt of the goods 3) Allow 1-2 working days for our QC staff to verify the claim 4) If the claim is accepted we will provide to its exchange with the same product and same quantity a.s.a.p.
Goods for sale:	Products for sale are not refundable and they have to be paid in cash upon delivery

Disclaimer:	In order to improve the quality and lower the weight of our articles, we continuously upgrade our machine and tools, this may results in slight but minimal changes in sizes and shape of the product without compromizing it's quality. As these changes are made without prior notice, we cannot accept any return or complain therefore we strongly suggest to ask for a sample or to visit our showrooms before placing an order.
Pictures in our catalogue:	Product pictures in our catalogue are not into scale, as being displayed to show the details of our products for better understanding, also considering that the catalogue might be printed from different computers and/or different printers, thus we can not guarantee the output and consistency of the print. For each product details, please refer to the technical specifications table next to each product in the catalogue. We strongly suggest you to ask for a sample or to visit our showrooms before placing an order. We cannot accept any return or complaints based on product sizing based on the pictures from our catalogue
PRODUCT TOLERANCE
Criteria:	Beads, findings and parts: Weighted on a 2 digit electronic scale in lots of 50pcs and then averaged either by pair or by piece according to their respective unit weights Chains: Weighted on a 2 digit electronic scale by the meter Sizes: Taken by hand with a 1 digit electronic Vernier caliper Holes: Measured by hand with a calibrated steel rod
Quality:	All products must be mechanically functional and no part shall be missing Defects must be clearly visible at naked eye. Lens, loupes and magnifying glasses can only be used to study the problem but they will not be valid for rejections.
Weight and specifications:	We do not take orders by piece or pair, ONLY by weight. While placing an order please consider the below mentioned weight tolerances. We recommend our clients to order in excess of the below mentioned percentage if they need to have a certain number of pieces/pairs. +/- 10% For all the products made in Thailand +/- 5% For all chains made in Italy by wire and all the other products (add another 5% for finished chains) +/- 10% For all chains made in Italy by sheet (add another 5% for finished chains) +/- 10% For all the diamond cut and the stardust beads +/- 15% For all diamond cut and compressed chains (add another 5% for finished chains)
Beads hole:	The hole must be measure with a calibrated steel rod, tolerance vary as follow: +/- 5% For all the normal weight beads +/- 10% For the stardust, the diamond cut,the light weight beads and the satin beads +/- 15% For the superlight beads and the satin light-weight beads
Finished chains length:	The length tolerance on small chains is 0.5cm/pc, for big chains the length tolerance may vary as the link cannot be cut in half
